hi guys i just had my leaf springs rearched to fit some 15x10 inch rims with 295/50/15's. problem is that my car leans to too much on the passenger side. i tried to adjust the front torsion bolt to get it leveled but its not working. when i adjust one side its still off to the point where you can tell. i also noticed that the front torsion bolts are not even. driver side seems to stick out alot more then the passenger side.
also the passenger side front wheel seems to be more tucked in the fender compared to the driver side that sits almost at the edge of the fender

ok i just got back from the alignment place and they said my alignment was fine and that the front is balanced well. they are sure that the problem with the lean is from the driver side leaf spring. ive have taken it twice to be rearched and it seems the tire still seems to rub after awhile of driving it around. is it possible that the spring is not holding its arch?

That's what it sounds like. If they arch it, and then it's gone, you really don't have much guess as to what is the problem. I eventually had the original springs for my six pack wagon arched after being unable to buy anything that would support it's fatass. (4580 pounds empty) And even after arching, they had to add to each one to hold the car up.

Have you tried a pair of air shocks? I used to own a couple of A-body Barracudas the first of which had wider than normal rear tires which would get cut by the wheel wells. The second one had all stock size tires all around but the rear sagged really bad. I found that putting on a set of air shocks with about 50 to 60 psi really help in both cases.
