73 RR stearing gear quetion

ok so heres the deal. im just wrappin up my 440 rebuild in my 73 RR. putting in a set of hedman headers. and the stearing gearbox had to be removed for the install. my question is can i swap from power steering to manual to allow for the bigger headers? and what parts do i need to do that?

yes you can, but you will need an adapter to compensate for the shorter length of the manual steering gearbox compared to the power steering gearbox. OR you can find a manual steering column shaft and replace yoru current one... personally the adapter they sell (can find on ebay) would be easiest.
