I only have 2 hooked up on my 74 Charger, one from back on intake manifold to brake booster and one from pcv valve to carb. The previous owner removed the AC and swapped out the distributor that had vacuum advance. What ones are you concerned about?
I would guess 2 is about the minimum. However, it sounds like you have the original dizzy with vacuum advance so that should be hooked up to carb. Here is my guess on the other 2 your asking about. The one from the air cleaner probably connects to a breather on driver's side valve cover. Mine is not hooked up since my breather is an after market one with a filter in it so does not need the filtered air. The final one your asking about I'm guessing comes through firewall in the same rubber grommet as the speedometer cable. I have that also and mine is not hooked up. I would guess it's either for AC (which mine was removed) or could be cruise, but I don't think so. Hopefully someone can verify.
Sorry about the brain fart there. It's not in the same rubber grommet as the speedometer cable, but the heater control cable. That is why I believe it has to do with the AC and not needed if AC not working.
