74 RR power bulge hood...

is there a part number for the nuts that hold the inserts into the hood?

or at least a pic of what they look like. I have none.

inserts just kind of stuck there.

I am also missing the "vent" appearing triangles that insert into the insert.

any source for those?

no source on the vents... though you can find them on ebay every once and awhile.

those nuts look like some I have for a decent number of other applications, basically a little sheet metal nut. cool.

yep, those inserts are what I have in the hood. looks like the car was gotten ready for painting, but then just primered and finished. so stuff like the nuts to secure them back on the hood AND
most importantly- if you look in that ebay picture, there are two holes on the inside of the insert- where some little vent looking inserts go into the insert- that I am mising.

There are "vent looking" inserts that fit on the inserts posted by racedodge.I am attaching a link which has pics of my 74, you will see what the inserts look like. Not sure where you can get them. I have seen them on e-bay. If you need cowl vent screens, I have a set.
