741 case with 4.10 gears, cone type Sure-grip and drive shaft

I have a 741 case with 4.10 gears along with a cone type Sure-grip that was swapped out for a 489 case with 3.55 gears and a Detroit Truetrac. Does anyone know the value as the parts are in fair condition and worked fine with my stock 440 cid engine?

I was thinking between $400.00 and $500.00. I hate to see these parts get turned into scrap, but I also do not want them to sit in my warehouse to collect rust if I ask for too high of a price. I also have a drive shaft that will go along with these parts.

Never had any luck selling a 41 case unit for more than 300 bucks plus I already have two 4:10's laying around. I have no problem running them and matter of fact, I sell the 42 and 89's for good bucks and keep the 41 stuff for me since they do not bring the money that the other two will. Now I would be interested in the cone unit because I can make them work very well as long as they are not total junk but the holy grail is a clutch unit in a 42 case but before I would buy a cone unit I would want to see it apart with good pics of all the parts and the case halves. So, if you are interested in just selling the Sure Grip unit only, I would be interested. PM me if you are willing to do that....

i'll have to agree with cranky on the 741's. i don't think there's $$$$ out there for them. the cone type sure grips in used condition are hit and miss. a lot of them in used condition are wore out. small yokes don't have much value.
