What's it Worth 742 Bare Center Section

Is a bare 742 center section without caps worth anything? Or should I toss it in the scrap pile?

Years ago when these were still found in the self serve junkyards, You could get a complete 3rd member for under $80.
That time has passed!
My guess? Maybe $80 on the high end. It sure would be worth more with the caps and adjusters.
I only figure that it may have value due to the dwindling supply.

In my humble opinion..... without caps, it's scrap.
You might be able to sell the pinion snubber to someone who's dumb enough to think they need one.

Thanks, I was thinking the caps probably aren't interchangeable due to the threads.
