Found this bottom to Carter carb in my parts stash and I’ll never use it and wondered if its something I should just toss in the scrap pile or is it worth anything or worth keeping
It looks pretty corroded. I would keep the pump shooter. It is a very effective design that mixes air with the fuel. Can be used on ANY AFB/AVS Carter or Edel carb.
The idle mixture screws are behind plugs, very difficult to locate & probably rusted in place. Carb probably only has value for use on the original, stock engine.
