I have a 77 Cordoba that I'm building a 451 stroker for. It will be iron headed for now, hoping for 400 horsepower. The plan later is to put alum heads on it and push the power up to 500 horse. It has the 8 1/4 open rear in it now. Should I get a 9 1/4 (easer to find/cheaper) or put in a 8 3/4 (harder to find/ more $$$). The car is going to be a cruser with a few trip to the track to see what it will do. Only plan to put 3:20 something to 3:55 grears in the rear. Thanks
