Yeah....but i believe the bulk of the Dart Swingers were 318. A Friend had one around 73.

ya, something dont jive..that is a duster/demon IIRC. the VIN decoder says Swinger Special like mine though...

Yes on the 340 ^^. 74 first year for the 360 Hipo engine too. $2500,good deal,worth that in parts alone. PB,PS,AC,Good stuff I see,,Is it a Dart "Sport"?? It is if that is the photo of it.

theres frakkin 4 doors asking 5-6 grand atm....

318 original and looks like maybe? hopped up.
you can swap that entire front end,fenders grill and all,
for an older better looking one as well,should you desire.
hope you get it and share more pics.


oyeah look under it and see if you have a 8-1/4 rear.
and is the backseat the folddown style or conventional?

mmisile is correct. "Most" had /6, "some" had 318 and a "few" had 360's....but you can shoe-horn whatever you want into them. I used to own one with a /6 and you couldn't kill it.....no coolant, 3 quarts low on oil & it'd still run.

I called then drove in to see it. I got there he said it was sold. Car was still there and I looked it over. I did see some bondo work on the rear quarters but to what extent I don't know. It is a nice looking 10 footer for sure. He said to call back in a few days and see if everything went as it was supposed to.

tonite i looked at a black 73 dart sport 318 auto w half vinyl roof.
cragar mags,really not bad.
pretty much identical to that one you show.
its over in western ny @ Scottys place in lima ny.
he wasnt there tonite,
so no price but if any of yalls looking ill provide the number.

I'd grab that up quickly ,yes it's a dart sport model I found one in the woods years ago before I knew anything thought I found a demon nope . What I found was a dart sport with a 318 and a 4 speed with 8 3/4 rear the body is crap though but perfect to convert a nice car like what you found to a 4 speed and have lots of extras guy wanted $2000 for the dart I know of . Now that I'm thinking about it maybe I should go buy it for stock !

If your going to pass on that car please post up the info it might be a good money maker with that 4 speed car put the two together and sell ,I need to fund my charger build I got some big $$$$ parts to buy
