A great car is the star of a new TV show coming in May 2025

I don't watch a whole lot of TV these days.
But a coworker brought this this to my attention this morning, knowing I own one.
I was glad to see such a great car as the star of the show.

I might have to watch that ..... I see a familiar face...

Lets not confuse a Duster with a Dart.
A Dart is a good car. A Duster is a short wheelbase, long overhang tail swapper.
Great for drag racing, horrible to drive.
And yes I've tried to love one, several times.
The Dart was pure love, except being too small for me.
My duster from way back when. 340 4spd, discs, factory 3.91's

Great. Now I'll have more people asking me if a Dodge is a Duster.
At least maybe less people will think it's a Nova at the gas pump.
The Dart Sport roof gives me more head room than a Dart. So that's more comfortable to me. They "drive" the same in the real world.
A body envy?
Is this site is working slow this morning

not sure about this new TV show, but the bar is pretty high

and even though it's a Plymouth, Al called it "The Mighty Dodge!"

In one episode it goes through the car wash and he can't find his car because the paint color has changed - it used to look brown, but it turns out the brown was dirt and the actual color is red! haha

I guess the photo car is a somewhat stock 340

I watched the first episode last night. Difficult to determine where in Tucson scenes are filmed. I didn't recognize any cars that my friends drove on the set.

I think it might be a successful show.

I watched part of it.
Kept waiting for Lemu and Doug but no sign of them?

Well 3 episodes in and I might be done. I was hoping for a car show that was a throwback to the old car shows, hardly any of that so far.
Not related to my disappointment but the main guy was using his CB radio and the Duster doesn’t seem to have an antenna.

That's a good "review". Short and to the point. So, I'm not missing anything again by not having pay TV
I looked at the trailer and it shows a whip antenna in a quick shot.
Anyone expecting accuracy and realism out of Hollywood is sure to be disappointed.
Crank up the drama and cover the crap plots.
For real life, watch Road Kill.
A real slant six is better than a fake TV show car.
