Does anyone have a definitive "Routing" pic for a 1970 (most likely 68-70) B-Body "Positive battery cable to starter, firewall and the auto Trans" ?
1. Does the "Heavy Gage and small wire to Starter" go on the inside of the steering column?
2. Does same wire go along side fender well and then DOWN underneath Brake Booster?
3. How does the same wire go to the starter, behind Headers/exhaust manifold?
4. How does auto trans wires to solenoid feed or get routed back to trans?
A pic or two will help
I will need to purchase the wiring retainers (plastic wire loom holders)
Thank you for any help

The transmission loom would go from the solenoid down to the Reverse switch on top of the bellhousing & gearbox - retained by two clips on the gearbox side cover.

Edit...Auto trans. I think the same applies.
Alternately, it could be attached with cable ties along the length of the speedometer cable.

I converted from a 440 to a Gen 2 Hemi and the B starter wire didn't work. I had to buy the Hemi wiring that was about $200 17 years ago. There is also a bracket bolted at the very rear of the cylinder head near the top of it which helps in getting cable in a safer position. I believe I bought from Year One.

The front-most plastic fenderwell clamp just before the battery loops up, not down. Commonly unknown tidbit.
