A11 GTX 1969 in Denver not mine

Good luck with sale David, I showed your car to my buddy, who just finished a gold 1969 GTX, auto, and 69 SuperBee, He wishes he had the extra cash.
I still would rather grab your GTX, and slowly swap out the interior, and find a Dana for it, then have to do a bunch of rust repair!!!
Looks like you could drive and enjoy the car, while you work on it.
Again I am not a GTX guy, but a 440, 4 speed, with an air grabber, in that color, could make me one!!!!
Best of luck to you bud!!!!!

Good for you on getting your price, I do feel your pain, on letting her go.
Really no good words.
I had to let my 66 Charger, and 73 Challenger, fly when my wife got sick.
Is the new owner local to you?

Well i did sell my Baby Today My 69 GTX and I Did Get the Asking price of 46,000 Very sad Day like loosing a family Member

Sorry you had to let it go.. Glad you got a fair price for it, hopefully you can do something with the $$$ worthwhile.... Whether thats for you or your loved ones doesn't matter just so it doesn't go to pay bills....

Actually not even close.... 3.91 are the lowest gear offered in 68 & newer but earlier there were 4.86 (67) and 4.56 (64 & 65) offerings in 8.75 axles in special package cars..
This I didn't know. I knew no factory 4.10 gears for the 8.75. You got me interested so I looked in the white books.
I found 66-68 code 409 axle special order but doesn't list a ratio. 1964 code 537 and 1965 code 378 for the 4.56 gears but doesn't say what size diff.
Also found 1969-71 code D59 4.56 Dana dealer installed.
This one was interesting. 1967-68 coda 403 3.31 gear in a 9.25 axle which I didn't know they made the 9.25 that early.
I have a couple 8.75 with 4.56 gears that now I need to go dig out and see if there are factory part numbers on the gears.
Always something to learn.

Turns out I missed one.. In 68 the Hemi Super Stock A bodies with an automatic had an 8.75 with 4.86 gears

And in 67 the WO & RO cars with an automatic had 8.75 with 4.86 gears

And in 64 the H/C 426 wedge S/S & 65 the S/S Hemi had an 8.75 with 4.56 gears...

Keep In Mind everyone, When we Discredit one a nothers cars and tell people this car is not worth it only hurts us when we have to sell ours Its very Important for us as owners of these cars we Get every Dime what The Car is Worth and keep Driving Market

getting a lil' education (not dissing you or the car)
on what it actually should or could originally have, from the factory
by many people that truly know, the truth or facts & reality

is priceless information too

Like yourself, I have a local offer on my GTX that is my best so far, a Porsche guy, with seven, plus another dozen Ford and GM. No interest in Mopars, only wants mine because of rarity of colors and 4 speed. Has no interest in the car's history, or role in NASCAR back in the day. I won't sell it to him, but I have that luxury. I am sorry you didn't have the same choice, but I'm glad to see you got your price.
