a833 speedo cable problem

1969 four speed, Speedo cable is interfering with reverse shift rod......cable looks kinked below or above

You may want to replace the speedo cable. Mine is above the reverse shift rod then into the speedo hookup.

its a 1969 1/2 bee... original tranny and original hurst shifter, I had the same problem on my charger and used an adaptor that was on ebay..... I cannot find another one, Nobody else uses this adaptor??.... Ps I cant down load pictures( im a carpenter ,not a magician)
