Access Hole Plug?

Got another question for anyone who knows and has the time. Where can I find these plugs? I accidentally ordered the 1 7/8 ones, and can’t seem to find anything else except the 3/16 one. I’ve checked everywhere I can think of, any leads are greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance

Each door uses three of the 7/8 inch raised dome style of plugs, at the bottom of the door is a 1 1/2 inch depressed center plug and there is the 1/4 inch plug to adjust the vent window frame. There is no accurate reproduction of the smaller 1/4 inch plug, but one is available with a more round radius head
