I'm working on a 66 Coronet 4 door, with a 318 cid, the Edelbrock water pump is the 8887 which comes with the inlet pipe on the passenger side, but my radiator bottom hose is on the driver side... do i need to replace the radiator also? or is there a hose that comes to accomplish this install?

I would use a replacement cast iron water pump that is correct for the application, or you could have a radiator shop change the bottom tank to move the outlet to the other side.

I think it's an a/c vs non- a/c thing.

I don't know how much it costs to rebraze a radiator, but I just bought a GMP aluminum water pump for ma a/c 318 from Advance Auto (in stock) for $35 lifetime warranty.
Outlet is on the pass side, so I'm guessing a non-a/c car would be on the driver side.

Could also be a power steering vs non- PS thing I guess.

Can't speak for the build quality yet, but the machine work looks excellent.
Almost looks like a custom performance piece.

If it is a poly motor the water pump hose is on the driver side which matches where your radiator hose is. You can get a Flow Kooler or Milodon water pump from Summit racing that exits on driver side. They both claim to be high flow pumps. I just installed the milodon on my 66 coronet 318 poly but has not been hot enough out yet to see if makes much of a differance. You could go aftermarket radiator to change from driver to pass side.

I am glad I found this post as I have been trying to fix the same problem, mine is on drivers side for pump, but could not find one, they all go to pass side and n/air or power stering issue. So it must be a poly engine and what does that mean. Thanks

Well busted my own bubble, I have a 72 charger 318, so it is not a poly because it is not in the right yr, but maybe engine was changed out. I am haveing a hell of a time to find a water pump and must come off the drivers side because the fuel pump is on other side and might be in the way. Here is a pic and if anyone can get this figured out, I will buy them a beer. Thanks

Well found one, it had to be 69 318 van, hmmmmmmmm

Had the car out on a couple 80 deg days in traffic and temp never went over 190. The milodon I used is #16251 and on summit says it fits up to 1969. The flowkooler # is 1701 but that says up to 1966.
