As I get closer to getting the Net back on road I've been thinking about what kind of security I'm going to need on it. Looking for some thoughts and ideas?
I remember some one saying they hooked up a standard switch to be a kill switch, which is a great idea. My factory radio isn't going to be hooked up at all, any thoughts on if I could easily use that as a kill switch?
I also had an old fold panel van that had 3 or 4 kill-switchs in a row so you had to have the correct sequence in to start it, again a good idea.
Another thought is if there is a way to possible have two points of 'kill' so ignition and another? On an electric fuel pump thats a no brainer, but I'll be running a mechanical pump for the time being. Is there another point, possible that is hard to get to that so good for storage or longer parked situations, that would be good?
Looking for some ideas like this, if your willing to share, maybe your 'mate' has a cool set up ;)
Thanks!
