AMD Making 70 Charger Fenders Soon?

I was checking an AMD AD on Facebook a couple days ago and reading some of the comments. I could have sworn AMD chimed in and said they'll be making 70 Charger fenders soon. Did anyone else see that or hear that - was I just dreaming?

If so, be prepared to make a few mods to them to get the fit correctly. Best out there ain't quite so.
Go with a used OEM body panel if you can. Save yourself the brain damage of using an AMD panel if possible.
Ask me how I know.

FWIW, I sent the AMD sales department an email tonight inquiring about front fenders for 1970 Chargers.

I'll let everyone know what they say once I have a reply. I don't expect a reply this week since Christmas is in a few days.

With the crazy prices that have been advertised by dudes with originals, I could see a fender retailing for over $1000.
As silly as it sounds, I'd pay that just to get a pair to have just in case.
SpeedKore was supposedly making and selling carbon fiber fenders awhile back but those were over $3000 each.
Yeah, they weighed about half but holy crap, man....

Front fenders for a 1969 Charger are $920.69 after how many years of them producing them? They will want to quickly payoff their tooling costs for 1970 front fenders...maybe within 500 sets?

What a balancing act they have staring at them...pay off the tooling ASAP, but not charge too much and scare off buyers.

Where is that happy medium balance? I don't know. How about $1,475?

When I look to buy stuff that I want but don't necessarily need, I try to pay for it by selling something else.
I'm running out of parts to sell that are worth advertising! I'd have to sell a car or something to justify it.
