New to the site, not to Mopars or forums. I'm a disabled ex-Mopar Master tech/ASE tech. Have owned many Mopars over the years and wrenched on many B-bodies.

Just bought a 1978 Dodge Magnum XE with 29,000 miles. Basically a mint condition B-body surviver. I'm a WMMC member in WI.

Thanks for the welcome. I'll be taking pictures later today. Any fellow Wi Mopar Muscle Club members here???

Welcome to the site! Sounds like you have a really cool survivor car. Any pics?

Mike

Unfortunately the 360 2 barrel lean burner. If it stays that way is another question thou....

Its supposed to be it the July edition of Collectable Automobile magazine in July as part of a Richard Petty article I guess.

It has been at WMMC meets with the previous owner.

4 BBL, alum intake, and a electronic ignition, possibly some better breathing on the exhaust wouldn't be too radical a deviation and easy to put back.

That, some XHD Hemi replacement springs, shocks, a different rear axle with a 3.91 gear, LS and wheels and tires. I won't do anything that isn't reversible. All the old parts will be stored and saved.

A GT ralleye dash would be nice too, if my XE speedo will fit it.

It looks like too much of an old man car for me right now.... The previous owner was 72 years old so that's expected.

Welcome TNT! I was a member of the old MMCI back in the early '80s.
