Hello All: My name is John.
As a recent F-Body owner (1976 Volare Road Runner), I've now become a B-Body owner. I've purchased a 1971 Satellite with hopes to clone it into a 71 Road Runner.
Here's some pics of my trip dropping off my F-Body and picking up my B-Body.

72Satellite440: Is the symbol only for the GTX?
I'll have to decipher the fender tag alittle more.
Previous owner said it was a 318 car (G code in the VIN)
There's a 73 440 with a 727 with Gear Vendors OD in it right now that goes back to the guy I bought it from. It was part of the purchase deal. I'll be putting in a stout .030 over 360 solid cam 'J' headed motor & 4 speed.
