Any bolts in 383 iron heads go into the water jacket?

Finally put antifreeze in my fresh 383, and it looks like I'm getting some dripping...from a header bolt. WTF?

All the ex bolts go into water.

Gotta put sealer on the bolt threads. I've always used studs.
