Eddie's Valve Grinding in Sayreville,NJ. I've had some work done on big truck parts there and they always come out good. Figure he is doing other stuff to subsidize the business.

A buddy of mine that used to work at Sirico Bros in ledgewood recommended him. Says that he has been building motors forever.
