Anybody ID this transmission?

Buddy sent me picture of this transmission, no numbers, only this single picture. Do not have physical access to this transmission. Any help greatly appreciated.

Could be later A body, but probably aspen/ volare 3 spd.
Front retainer size will narrow down era.
Good for synchro parts and shift forks.
Unless someone really wants a 3spd.

There will be raised casting dates on the housings, that will give a time frame from '70-late 80'S.
