anyone know a good way to clean head liner

Don't really know, does it stink ??, or is it all full of cigarette smoke ??, or stained by something ??... just curious... maybe a mild bleach & water solution & a scrubby sponge ??, lots of elbow grease, you need to protect the rest of the interior while trying to clean it thou... I did that once on a 70 Demon I had a long time ago, with white interior & white head liner, worked pretty well, I ended up taking the black carpet & white seats out so I wouldn't ruin everything, covered everything else & taped it off really good, trying to clean the headliner was that full of cigarette smoke stains, from a 60 y/o chain smoker that had the car before me, it was freaken discusting...

I've used those magic erase sponges with pretty good success followed by Aerospace 303 for a protectant.

at the back buy the rear window it has some brown stains , probably from windows being open and just years of this.not real bad, tried to clean with carpet cleaner , helped alittle but I also seen white come off to.

Ive been told Folex is good if your careful.. Can be bought at K-Mart stores, They say or suggest to apply Folex sparingly to the spots, work in lightly with your finger tips, and then gently dab/wipe with a damp cloth. Never used it yet im just a tad timid even touching a 40 year old headliner with no rips or tears, Mine is black and still looks pretty decent so im putting it off. Not trying to scare you away but check on it and see what others have said or check the bottle and make sure you follow what they say. Good luck!
