anyone know how can I determine if my 69 Coronet R/T came with front disc brakes?

I had my master cylinder and power booster remanufactured. When I was talking to the shop I was told that mine was not for 4 wheel drum (which is what I have) but was for a car with front disc brakes and rear drum. Please let me know how I can determine if my car came with front disc brakes.

Thanks for the quick reply. I checked my fender tag and I have B51 so it looks like my car was converted to drum brakes. One theory I heard was customers were complaining to their dealer that disc brakes had too much brake travel and that the dealer may have swapped out for drum brakes. Now my question is what parts do I need to convert back to disc brakes?
