Oh boy, Everybody made them back in the 60's and 70's. If there are no stamps on it, it could be anyone's guess.

Just as Toolman said. Could be any Cragar,Western, Keystone and many more.
In 1976 I bought 2 of them at Montgomery Wards.The pair was $30.
Fast forward to 2001 I had some made at Stockton Wheels for $200 EACH.

That should be 5 on 4 1/2" like big bolt Mopar. You said these were 5 on 4" which is small bolt circle Mopar.

They did have those early didn't they. Probably only straight 6's with 9" brakes.
