Anyone live(d) in the Savannah GA area?

What's it like? Things to do? Taxes? Women? Car/racing related? Crime? Traffic? Hot women? Weather? Good/bad areas? Gyms? Cost of living? Hot educated women? Anything I might've forgotten...?

Getting tired of ICT, Savannah's on my short list...

Very Cool City, Very Haunted, can be a bit un-comfortable in the summer high heat, HIGH humidity, GA taxes are a bit high for me but lower in the overall states average tax, we do have state income tax if your planning on living here perm.

Traffic can be horrible during rush hours..better than ATLANTA..but can be a pain sometimes, racing..both 1/4mi and 1/8th mile drags locally, as well as roundy round, dirt and asphalt, GYMS.. typical Golds, Planet Fitness etc etc,

Friday and Sat. night cruises LOTZ of street cars and hot rods, police are pretty tolerant, a ton of bars night clubs, tata bars, and the women

Georgia Peaches 80 - 90%... beaches, rivers cannoning, camping hiking, motocross, outdoor stuff galore
Crime...depends where you go and who your with....

Never lived there, but i do visit when i can. Historic Savannah has to be on anyones short list. Beautiful place, bars, great seafood and gumbo, great bars, beaches arent too far.

Not gonna find too many places much hotter and more humid in the heat of the summer, but that never bothered me too much.

Lived 45 min. south of Savannah for 12 years. I am originally a Montana boy, and I love the south. Food is awesome. People are great. The scenery is great if you love the trees, marshes and beaches. Lots of back roads for scenic drives, and lots of good ol' boys who love to talk fast cars.
However, the crime is pretty rough in some parts of Savannah. Guess that comes with any big city. The country is where Georgia is at it's best
