I'm going with, they were added to the car sometime after the summer of 1967

if they were added then either they were painted or someone found a full set in the right color

After looking at My Mopar online. The two hubcaps that the 67 Charger usually came with was these two:

The first I believe was standard and the Mag was an upgrade.

Tha Mag looking hubcap is what I had on my 66 back in 1978

Thanks Moparedtn - this is what I thought they should be too, maybe the car was a late production and the 68's went on? Or maybe this was an export car? Not sure why but mine is not the only one.View attachment 861883

If your car was Canadian ordered it will have a 6 under the w in the top row of your fender tag.
