Anyone with a 2016 RAM?

I have a 2016 Ram crew cab. The drivers window was frozen this morning when I tried the button, I ran my credit card on the outside of the window to free it up and BOOM she dropped like a rock! It will still go up and down but when it goes down it stops with about 1 1/2" of the window still sticking up. It seems to be still on the track though. Anyone else have this happen?

The cable or the plastic guide popped dodges are good for eating them

Had the same thing on my 02 ram when we had a hard freeze. The Windows are glued into the guides attached to the track, had to pull the door panel in insert them back to align, took some epoxy and re-glued.

Had mine fixed under warranty. Same issue

My 2017 RAM had the same problem. Fixed under warranty. I did get snow in the truck pissed me off.

Haven't had that happen, just when I am trying to use the auto up and hit a hole it lowers it to the bottom and loses memory and I have had to reset programming 3 times for the auto up/down feature.

Has anyone gotten the android auto app. it was supposed to be in an update for the radio, but I cant find it to use it.

Yes I have several and they have all had that same experience. Another issue we have been having is the electric button control for=the windows go bad and stop working.
