Are front wheel bearing same for drum and disc brakes?

Looked up (Summit) front wheel bearings (Timken) and there was no question about whether I have disc or drum brakes. Are the for bearings all the same for a '72 Satellite Sebring Plus regardless of brake type? Thank you.
