Argent Silver / Pitted chrome or Aluminum question

Howdy Folks, I just purchased a couple cans of argent silver in order to restore the trunk finishing panel on my '69 Sport Satellite.
I can make out, more or less where the paint needs to go. I anticipate having some paint left over and would like to hit other areas of the car,
but I'm not sure where to paint, because everything is so faded. I think other parts could be the front headlight bezels and the Sport Sat. grille. Are there any other parts,
that I may have missed that are Argent Silver?
My second question is, what is the best way to get rid of pitting on chrome so as to prepare for taking to the plater? And, what's the best way to refinish an Aluminum grille?

Let the plater handle the pits. they will grind them out and silver solder or fill with Acid Copper.
