Not 100% what this came out of but would guess a 1968 RR, it has some surface rust but nothing that won't clean up easily. $10.00 and the ride Please P.M if interested

69 or 70 b body 68s had the ball bearing movement.

68 used tilt type or slide bearing type both types where used in 68 depending on your build date. That tray pictured is from a 70 Satellite, Belvedere or Coronet with standard dash, rallye dash takes a different door/tray

That makes sense because the guy I bought the RR from had some Coronet parts in with it.
