Attain "rake" with torsion bars?

Errr...don't lower the front, jack up the rear!
I have air shocks on rear now, but dont go very high, besides, a LOT of negatives i read on this forum about using air shocks....☹

Agree...no air shocks.

Agree...better rear springs. Front spring hangers can be had, with two, or more, locations to raise/lower an inch, or two.
Of course, the entire suspension has to be considered, to correct front alignment, driveshaft angle, and so on. Best bet, lowest setting on torsion bars, within normal range, and good springs in the rear.
Or, different size tires, front to rear.

Just suggestions.

Damn! Things we remember.
Back when I was young, and dumb, on my 63, decided I wanted more rake, so cranked down my torsion bars. Cool factor, ya know!
Didn't take long, besides the hard/rough ride, besides the fact, I was beating my front suspension to death...back up it went. Also had to replace some bumpers, that got totally destroyed.

Pick your poison...
