Hello All,
I recently came across a Dana 60 that is 100 complete, having cast # C34155, and appears to have a 4.10 Sure Grip. I'm curious what the value of a stock Dana 60 rear for that era of vehicle would be? Most I find pricing on are new from Summit Racing, or have already been chopped up for racing/track.

Pics on the way. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

All I know is the only 69 super bees that came with danas were Hemis and 1969 1/2 6pak bees they didn't offer the 440 4bbl in the bees in 69 that being said if someone was restoring a hemi bee or 440+6 they would be very interested In paying more then going rate for the dana. I have sold b and e body danas complete drum to drum with bot 4.10 and 3.54 posi's for $1000 to $1500 and a few from e body hemi cars for $3000 so it depends on the factors I mentioned.

recently sold 2 1966 354 b body danas for $1000 each.
1 had 10 inch brakes
1 had 11 inch brakes
I dont want then to go to my grave with me.

Thanks for the feedback guys! Any idea what the casting number would be for an E-Body Dana? I'm looking at a few more Dana's next weekend that I might take off someone's hands. Would like to know if I'm looking at a B-Body or E-Body assembly.

Thanks!

Yup,
I simply typed in to Google: "How to identify DANA 60 rear-end numbers.

There were 20 to 40 "Hits"
Try it!
Pics included.

One quick way to tell an E body rear end from the 68-70 rear B rear is they are about 2" wider....

i paid 1300 for this one out of a 68 charger last year. it was in pretty good shape, just needed new bearings and seals. the guy started out over 2 grand, but after months on craigslist i was able to get him down.
