I hear ya. I really have had a hard time with mine. I have also been patience trying to figure out a better way and have not come up with one. I usually move on to another problem and keep this one on the back burner till I think of something. Good luck.
I would use something like silicone so it can easily be removed. you will need to make something to hold it in place until it sets up. I have never done this, just a thought.
Are these OEM parts that are 48 years old or the Re-Pops that are falling off? I'm going to have to buy the Re-Pops soon, and would like to know what I'm up against. Thanks!
I think they are reproduction pieces, but I can not say for certain. I have to get the back glass re-set as it leaks so I will ask the glass place to use some of the tape on the molding. Thanks for all the tips.
