Ball joint tool

I see there are at least three different sizes of "Chrysler" ball joint tools.

Anyone know the correct size for 66 B body?

Snap-on, S-K, or proto part number would also be helpful.


I know PST has one, but it's $60. I see them elsewhere for $22-$30.

I got mine years ago from Magnum HP, and it works well.

Can you measure across the flats and get some info that way?

If you can wait, I'll check when I get home tonight. I asked the same question and was given a size, but it turned out to be too big. I reordered one through Amazon.com for about 20-30 and it worked great. I used it on my '67 Belvedere. Should be the same.

Sorry I got home and got side tracked. The socket I used for my '67 Belvedere and '67 Charger is a 1&59/64 size.

I found 1.913 listed.

Interesting that 1 59/64 ths crosses to 1.921.


maybe it's close enough or some info I found was wrong.
