base plate bolt pattern 8 1/4 vs 8 3/4

Is the bolt pattern of a 8 3/4 the same as the bolt pattern of a 8 1/4?

Can the drum brakes of a 8 3/8 be mounted on a 8 1/4 rear end without any husstle?

Yes they can, as long as they’re not from an A body 8 3/4” with the small bolt pattern

The 8 1/4 brakes will swap on to the 8 3/4.
