from a few months after I 1st got it, I did a bunch of body stuff,
engine, suspension, interior, rims/tires etc.
back in 2006 - 2017, it looked like this pretty much,
painted ultra Flat black
with some gloss black, with red accents

a year or 2 after I 1st built it 1978-ish
between paint jobs
blown injected 301ci Donavon SBC AA/Gas
6lbs per ci, 1st broke under the 8 second barrier 184 mph
not bad for a punk teenager

Is that you! If so thats a picture you should frame and hang up somewhere. Im sure some in your family would really apprentice it. BTW maybe a little lighter on the top, hair wise like most of us LOL, but you look to be still in great shape!
Oh no, that's a picture a friend sent me, i'm bigger. I like the before hood.

You liked that huh? I guess that was how the shivvy guys do things down in Mississippi where it came from. How about the dual R/T emblems? How about the green vinyl top, green interior with 70 Super Bee high backs. Pop rivet in some 1/8" plate in the trunk to cover up the holes. Then paint the car burgundy. I overpaid for it but it was a rescue mission from a Bozo. He even painted the engine compartment black. Here is some more evidence and a pic with a 68 grille. I did re-use the 69 bumper guards though. Silly me.
