Best Power disc brake conversion kit for 1968 Charger

I would like to upgrade the front from drum, to disc, and leave back drum? Or convert also?
I only have a slant 6 225, 3 on the tree. So stopping power is not a problem, lol. Any one converted theirs? (I am concerned with clearing rims after up grade) Anyone have a kit that worked for them? I would like to do the work myself. I have the XP with all original drums.

Let them know what size wheels you have especially if they're 14".
