So a few friends and I cruised down to a new show that was set up to help raise funds for a young guy to compete in the 2024 Olympics. A worthy cause, and fully backed by his family, this show promised to be pretty damn good. Here is the link to the site if you care to check it out.... Mopars In Morrinsville

The only downside was the weather forecast was not brilliant. The crack of dawn out my back door was showing lots of promise. During the trip down the sky was blue, the wind was minimal, and the cruising was lots of fun. Later in the morning we had a few heavy downpours, and the trip home was really heavy rain.....slowed the traffic down a tad at times.
Open fresh air and a tank full of decent fresh gas, and it was on like Donkey Kong.

Anyhoo....enough jibber-jabber....on with some pictures. Definitely plenty of Aussie and American iron on display. There were a few other brands around, but they were kept separate to avoid contamination. :p

. . . the Toyota ute was a good bit of entertainment.....running a Holden (GM) 308 V8. @MarPar

On the small toy at the back of the ute is a licence plate which refers to IRD (Inland Revenue Dept - like IRS)
