I changed my crank pulley to a billet aluminum 3grove one and its an ac car... I have moved the ac pump out about a 1/4 inch to clear the alternator belt and its tensioner... the power master alternator is moved out to where they recommend... the power steering pump was moved out 1 5/8" to clear the edelbrock heads and to index the outer pulley grove..... the 2" x 5 1/2" big block pulley for the waterpump w/ac lines up on the inside grove on the crank pulley... I have a list at fastenal for the longer hardwhere.... the question is who sells spacer stock or am I left to stacking washers to get my set up where I want it... I may call powermaster and see if they will sell me some spacers I can cut down if I can't get stock....

Gateway fasteners had the 5/16x 7" bolt in grade 8 and the 4- 6" ones and a 2",3",4",5" bolts to complete the job bolt depot has the spacers in 5/16 I'd x 5/8" od x 1" and 3/4" Land 1/4" L I will need to take 1/8" off 3 of the 3/4" ones and one is ok the 1/4" ones go under the a/c pump and the bracket to the intake will get elongated holes as needed... One 1" spacer and one 3/4" spacer go together in places.... now I can continue with the wireing having the engine accessories mocked up and waiting on the mailman...

Knowone knows what I'm doing.... Or has attempted the pulley swap game.... I am glad to be rid of the balanced crank pulley.... and stock harmonic balancer... and edelbrock only makes heads for manual steering with factory exhaust manifolds for small block.... unless you get creative

I wish to thank my self for the useful post...

I agree... but I got them coming from bolt depot.. the shipping was more than the spacers..
I have bought the stock and cut it also but nowhere I could find it... and I had a 3'' section of brass that would have done one..

It was $90 to move all my engine accessories out 1 3/4" with grade 8 bolts... and chrome spacers...

what I did was take an old water pump pulley, cut the center out and used it for a spacer. the cast iron SB WP pulleys are 2 11/16 deep , the cast aluminum WP pulleys are 3" deep.
