Don't get me wrong I think he's guilty...
Maybe not rape but guilty...
I think many were willing parties, until a class action suit
& money was talked about than they came out of the woodwork...
16 than 30 than however many now filled claims, decades later...

All it takes is reasonable doubt & 1 juror
to think guilty or innocent/not guilty...

I think he did some of what he was accused of,
something in between the accusers said & his accounts
is the truth...

I think much of it was consensual too, willing participants
especially this 1st trial
his main Proc. accuser contacted him some 70-80 time after the fact
that doesn't sound like a bitter rape or date rape situation,
infatuation more like, anyway
"allegedly" to get into Temple Univ. & further her own benefits in the
basketball program...
"Allegedly" Bill Cosby was a scholarship supplier big school donor &
he had pull & influences with the school & coaching...
She was using or coercing {?} him too, after the fact...

IMO some of it sounds like remorse after the fact,
being like a whore, all to get favors or favoritism in the programs
& some sounds like guilty conscience

both sides were getting something out of it, both sides were wrong

I also remember him saying he gave a few women Quaalude's
to allegedly "relax them", but "allegedly" it was consensual sex...
Maybe the drugs & alcohol I'm sure all had something to do with it...

If it was one of my daughters or nieces etc.,
if it was true, than he'd had been in jail a long time ago...

not wait 3 decades,
that's the really sad part, long time & with very little evidence/proof
& all hearsay conjecture...

As much as I think he's guilty, he needs to be punished !!
I also believe you're innocent tell proven guilty...
Maybe some of the people have an agenda here too {?}
I don't think they're all liars...

Let the justice {or lack of it the past 8+ years now} take it's course...
It moves slow, but the accusers waited a long, long time
to do anything too...
It wreaks of big fancy expensive lawyers
all making a shitload of $$$$ trumping/digging up clients & 40%+
of anything that they can get...

back in the 70's ,80's I knew woman( girls ) who popped Quaalude's and roofies ( or whatever was on offer ) as part of ANY fri sat night party . I was one's ( get home safely ) ride , the number of times she tried it on was uncountable .she's now press of the local PTA
