Just finished up a trip out west, looked at quite a few MOPARS, many out of price range or needs too much, settled on a 1970 VW Bus! Rust free, runs great, needs a paint job…regardless of popular opinion this gem will polish up nicely! Fun project just the same.

Do a Subaru conversion on it. Then you can do more than 45 mph and not piss off whoever is behind you.

Or find & add an old Judson Blower, V belt driven, with an alum 360* crank hub,
'any better' ignition, an extractor exhaust (Header for the non-VW layman)
& should dbl the existing HP, all simple inexpensive bolt ons...
