I'm not sure which is the best way for me to go and need some advice.
The car has been stripped to metal. Quarter panels have been cut out, trunk floor removed.

My plan is to replace the rear frame rails and floor pans with some that I removed from a 69 4 door Coronet.

Some of my questions are
1) Should I get it blasted with the floor pans in or remove them?
I want to remove them BUT am worried about loosing strength!
If I remove them I can inspect and blast the inner rockers, torsion bar crossmember.
I thought it would be best to get the car blasted then replace the rear frame rails with the floors attached but..
2) When I blast the rear frame rail clip from the donor car. Because all of the pans are attached, I obviously cant blast inside the rails. How should I do this?
Thanks
