Wow - I could look at this post all day. Nothing I love more than to see those big blocks pulling the front end off the ground. I just love it!

Thanks for for sharing a very cool school of pics!

Bob Mosher..

Thanks for the post, if ever I won the lottery, Mosher's place would be my first stop.He is definitely the best when it comes to early Mopars.

One of his altered wheelbase creations was in this neck of the woods a couple years ago. Definitely a neat car, but not something you'd want to drive for more than 5 miles at a time.

The story goes:
Kid used to work at Mosher's
His girl friend broke up with him because he was using CRACK etc.
Bob (I think ) had to fire the kid, but he still came around the shop.
65 Belvedere was a Mosher built car "back in shop for some work"
Kid breaks in, steals keys to car and tries to kill himself, hits a BIG oak tree.
Kid lives but will never walk again.
Beautiful car!

Dale Reed built my "440 Based Max Wedge" engine, he builds ALL of Bob Mosher's cars.

Simply put: Bob Mosher is the worlds leading expert in early Mopars!
Bar None.

I almost bought that mint green 62 as a roller 4 years ago but somebody beat me to it.

Last I heard, Bob and Dale had a falling out. Not sure if Dale is building his engines at the moment.
