Body color wheels

Did any 73 charger have body color steel wheels or were they black from the factory? Also what is the correct style hub cap for 1973?

Agree on all steelies were black. I think the red ring fratzog doggie dish is correct, but somebody here will know for sure. You arent referring to wheel covers are you?
