Yes it is, a Savoy. 277 cubic Inch auto. Always happy to send pictures. I don't want to sidetrack the bike post, Unless others want to see it. Meep-Meep's BSA brings back memories! My first Bike at Minot AFB in 71' was a 67' 650 Lightning, I learned how to ride on that thing!

No bikes anymore but only had a few over the years. First was a 71 Honda 350 SL then bought a new 81 Honda 750 CB Custom. Other than those, the rest have been older dirt/trail bikes.

I love the 56! Dad bought mom a 56 Belvedere Sports Coupe new back then and it was the first car I ever drove. Post some pics in a new thread...

In 75' I bought my first Harley FX Superglide
In 1999 I bought the Yamaha R1 YFZ1000
Took the Keith Code's superbike racing school at Willow Springs CA
Rode all the great So Cal mountain roads...
Then bought a Ducati 996 Superbike...
Then illegal alien hit me...felony hit and run
Airlifted to hospital, ICU for 4 days....
No riding since 2003...
NOW I WANT A VINTAGE NORTON ...72 OR 73ish...

I bought that one new 0 miles about 2 years ago from a harley dealership. They had it since 99, I guess no one goes to a harley place looking for a enduro or dirtbike

My 83 Honda Nighthawk 750 and 03 Kawasaki Z1000 resting peacefully in the garage. Don't ride too much anymore, though. Driving the old Mopars is much more enjoyable on a warm summer's day!

Oh yeah they were I got a great deal on it. It's actually a really tough durable bike and easy to work on but a lot of parts are hard to find and have to be ordered from the UK but I love it
