This is a Silver Sport Transmissions "A41" 4-speed overdrive automatic – a 4L60E overdrive transmission specifically modified to fit a 1966-1970 B-body. The bellhousing and tail cone are custom made by SST to fit these cars with minimal clearancing needed. (ZERO cutting)
Gear ratio: 3.06, 1.63, 1.00, 0.70
This A41 was ran for 4 years until a radiator failure ran coolant through the transmission. I had it fully rebuilt by Bowler Transmissions but never ran it in a car. It has stayed in a sealed plastic bag since being rebuilt 2020. Big block Mopar bellhousing bolt pattern.
KIT INCLUDES: Bowler rebuilt internals (rated up to 650lbs. torque); lock-up converter; dipstick & tube; speedometer cable; SST B-body cross member; (3) Hays HEMI (8-bolt) flywheels; starter adapter block; dust shield; deep sump cast aluminum pan; external ATF cooler with steel braided lines, assorted hardware.
DOES NOT INCLUDE: TCM (transmission control module) and wiring harness.
