Brake drum size

[1967 satellite]

I have a 1967 Plymouth Satellite, 383-4V, automatic. I need to change the drum brakes all around. I know the rears are 10”- 2-1/2” shoes, but I am not sure if the fronts are 10 or 11”. I am coming off of knee surgery so I can’t right now pull the wheel. I want to order the parts and have them available for doing the job in 3-4 weeks. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

My 2 cents is have a friend pull a wheel and get a tape out.

Craig at @mobileparts is a good source for drum brake parts. Front drums would be 10” on a 383 stock in 1966 but after 60 years no one can guarantee it’s stock without pulling a wheel to measure.

Should be 10" and have self adjusters. The 11" drums did not have self adjusters until 1970.

It is best to put someone’s eyeballs on a Front Brake Drum diameter….

440s use 11 “ Brake Drums , definitively….. from the Factory
318s use 10 “ Brake Drums , definitively….. from the Factory

383s can go either way — 10 “ or 11 “ —- from the Factory

Actually , 451Mopar , 10 “ & 11 “ both had Self Adjusters as far back as 1965 —- I stock them —- and sell them all the time….
Admittedly, I stock less than the later years , especially after the design change of the brake cable , but I stock
150 sets of Combi Kits and Self Adjuster Kits….. Every single size and kit + all the six cylinder kits —- early and late —- another 24 kits….
