My 67 Charger was upgraded to 4 wheel disc by the prior owner and I'm wondering if I need to drill the brake pedal arm. The car has a good pedal and seems to stop well, but the pedal is way too high. It's like a 10-1 pedal ratio. The setup they used for what connects the booster to the brake pedal arm is a flat thin arm, could very be the original arm. Would I be better off using the linkage shown? It looks like I could just hook up the linkage.
If not how much of a pain in the *** is it to pull the brake pedal arm and just drill a new hole? View attachment 1907866
