Bucket seat hook screw ?

Just finish install my new Dodge Charger 67 bucket seat foam, and i would like to know the purpose of this hook screw.

it's for the track cable from one side to the other that connects to the lever on the outside track on each seat

Yes I see it in the picture, I must realise my bucket seats lost these flat tin piece of metal, now I will try to find this piece .
I think nobody reproduce it...
